Chef Matt Abeshouse is cooking from the deep tradition of his French training. Matt loves to dig into the roots of contemporary French cooking and working with Jim Fiala he is adding a wealth of Northern Italian inspiration to build on the vision of “The Crossing” that was begun in 1998. Matt is a calming influence in the kitchen that translates into the entire restaurant.
